Error description

• Customer is reporting that there?s a limit of 255 characters to
  add to the user field on the update mailbox API. If more than
  255 chars are added to the user field, the curl call fails
  with:

  Length too long for \"users\"; max length is 255 characters." }
  

Local fix

• To address the issue, increased the "Users" field length to
  10000 for mailbox REST API.
