IT35803: WHEN REMEMBER SEARCH-BY VALUES FOR CODE LISTS NAME IT IS REMEMBERING A WILDCARD "%" AS "%"

Error description

• When I go to Trading Partner > Code Lists > Search By Code List
  Name and enter frank_%route it will correctly return my Code
  Lists. However when I go back to Trading Partner > Code Lists >
  screen it will have "frank_&#037" in the Search By Code List
  Name box.

  When the user goes to Trading Partner > Code Lists screen, and
  enters the text frank%route_ in the Search By Code List Name
  search box, the Code Lists are returned correctly. However, the
  search text gets saved in the Search By Code List Name box on
  the Code Lists screen and shows that to the user when the user
  goes back to that screen.
  
  
  
  The issue appears to affect all types of Browsers, chrome,
  firefox, IE.

  A code fix is provided.
  
  The search values in any page get cached and come back encoded.
  When the value is added as an HTML tag, the browser knows how to
  convert escaped characters to their original values, but if the
  value is added using other methods, such as jsp objects, it
