  two parameters are being set in the business process for the
  PostDestCommand and PostDestCommandType parameters.

Problem conclusion

• Resolution Summary:
  A code fix is provided.
  The WMQFTE API requires non-null values to be provided by the
  calling program in order to successfully create the XML message
  sent to WMQFTE to execute PreDest, PostDest, PreSource and
  PostSourcecommands. The fix is to assign empty strings and/or
  zero values to the Arguments, Properties, RetryCount, RetryWait,
  SuccessRC and Targets parameters, if they are not provided in
