IT33812: CAN NOT ACCESS THE CUSTOMIZATION UI

Error description

• The "Click Here To Access" link in the Admin UI
  (see Customization/Customization) always useses the server's IP
  address and an http protocol. The IP address affects
  applications
  that access the Admin UI using a load balancer. The fixed http
  protocol prevents secure access.

  Problem Description:
  
  Customization UI always uses IP address in the URL used to
  access the
  
  site. This causes issues when the Sterling
  Integrator/Sterling File Gateway is accessed
  via Load Balance. Also, after upgrading, the customization
  UI throws the following error "Site is not secure."

Problem conclusion

• Resolution Summary:
  A code fix is provided.
  New behavior is introduced to enable customization of the
  internal URL used to access the customization UI. The new
  behavior allows the protocol, server name, and port to be
  overidden by properties and properties to be overridden by
  environment variables.
  
  By default, the URL is generated using the protocol and server
  name used to access the Admin UI. The port is determined by the
  protocol and obtained from either LIBERTY_PORT or
  LIBERTY_HTTPS_PORT properties both defined in sandbox.cfg. The
  protocol and servername may be overridden by (2) new properties
  (customization.ui.protocol and customization.ui.host) defined in
  ui.properties. In addition, a new environment variable
  (LIBERTY_EXTERNAL_PROTOCOL) has been introduced.
  
  If any of these variables are defined, each overrides the
  corresponding property. To disable the new behavior and restore
  the prior behavior, change the value of a new property in
  ui.properties called enable.customization.ui.url.override to
  false.
