• Mailbox virtual root
  not created when assigning producer role to an existing
  partner. After creating a listening consumer partner and
  creating a routing channel using a static template for that
  partner as a consumer,
  if partner is modified and assigned the
  role as a producer as well, no virtual root is created for the
  partner user account.

Problem conclusion

•   Resolution Summary:
  A code fix is provided.
  The issue was that Sterling File Gateway was checking if the
  mailbox for the
  Producer partner already existed. If it did not, then it created
  the mailbox and the virtual root. If the partner was configured
  as a Consumer, the Routing Channel created matched the mailbox
  that would be used for the Producer mailbox - /PartnerName, then
  the mailbox creation and the virtual root creation were
