IT30030: ERROR 404 WHEN USING SWAGGER DATE FORMAT FOR PATH PARAMETER

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• the requirement to define an API, which has a path-parameter of
  type "string" and format "date". According to the swagger 2.0
  specification the format "date" is supported
  (https://swagger.io/specification) .
  User can activate the API without any error message, however
  when user invoke the API user get the error "404 - Not Found!
  No resources match requested URI"
  Looking at the Gateway Logs we see the error (which, by the
  way, is wrong because "date" is a "format", not a "type", but
  this is another story).

Local fix

Problem summary

• Users will receive unsupported error messages when the type of
  API parameters are set to date or dateTime. The fix resolves
  those error messages.

• The fix is in 2018.4.1.7
