Error description

  • LDAP users already removed from LDAP system cannot be
deleted/changed/administrated from the console UI.

The following error is thrown:
CWZIP4684E Unable to retrieve groups for user. The following
error
occurred: javax.naming.PartialResultException : Unprocessed

Problem summary

  • Can't remove ldap user that are already removed

Problem conclusion

  • Catch the exception (javax.naming.PartialResultException) that
comes when removing a user that has already been removed from
LDAP server. The exception comes because the user doesn?t exist
on the LDAP server
