IT29484: "IBM MQSeries MSCS" resource not found when configuring failoverclustering role for IBM MQ

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When setting up IBM MQ for Microsoft failover clustering , the
  "select resource type" panel does not show "IBM MQSeries MSCS"
  resource type, while trying to configure the role
  
  A FFST is generated, with a summary as follows :-
  
  Probe Id          :- MC000001
  Component         :- Startup
  Process Name      :- rhs.exe
  Major Errorcode   :- xecF_E_UNEXPECTED_SYSTEM_RC
  Probe Description :- AMQ6119S: An internal IBM MQ error has
  occurred
    (Resource type not found!)
  Comment1          :- Resource type not found!
  
  The Cluster.log reports the following :-
  
  [RHS] s_RhsRpcCreateResType(IBM MQSeries MSCS,
  e:\ibm\mq\installation\bin64\amqmclrn.dll)
  [RHS] s_RhsRpcCreateResType: (126)' because of 'Startup routine
  for ResType IBM MQSeries MSCS returned 126.'
  [RCM] result of first load attempt for type IBM MQSeries MSCS:
  126
  [RCM] ResourceTypeChaseTheOwnerLoop::DoCall: ResType IBM
  MQSeries MSCS's DLL is not present on this node.  Attempting to
  find a good node...

Problem summary

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A coding error in MQ caused "IBM MQSeries MSCS" resource to be
  not found in the "Select Resource Type" panel while configuring
  the role
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been modified so that "IBM MQSeries MSCS" resource type
  is displayed  in "Select Resource Types" panel while configuring
  the role
