IT29271: SAVING THE CONFIGURATION IN WEB GUI NOT POSSIBLE ON CRL RETRIEVAL INCERTAIN SCENARIOS

Fix packs for DataPower Gateway version 7.6

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Saving the configuration in GUI is not possible on CRL
  Retrieval after all entries from the list have been removed. The
  information "This configuration has been modified, but not yet
  saved" is appearing but no reaction when clicking on Save
  Configuration button. After reboot: All entries were again
  available (since config was not saved).
  The same can be seen when using both BluePrint console or
  WebGUI. There are also issues with adding further entries as
  saving is not available (after reboot: Added entry
  is then missing).
  

Local fix

• Workaround: Only via CLI using write mem the issue is not
  appearing and the config can be saved (after reboot: All
  entries are gone as expected).
  

Problem summary

• Removing all CRL Entries from the CRL Retrieval object
  might create a scenario where the config cannot be applied or
  saved when using the WebGUI
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 7.6.0.16 and 2018.4.1.7

Temporary fix

• Use CLI for CRL Object modifications.
