APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • There are cases when a call home event will repeat continually,
    with the same message.
The system will create a new event sometimes thousands of
times, filling up retain pages until the limit is reached.
Once the limit is reached, additional text can't be added, so a
new PMR must be opened to address the issue.
