APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the SQL data source object status is not stable and goes up
  and down frequently, DataPower might incorrectly report ODBC
  license error.
  It reports the error, "The SQL/ODBC feature is not available in
  the running firmware".
  The error message is not correct as the SQL/ODBC feature is
  available and enabled successfully. And also, the sql data
  source object can run normally.
  

Local fix

• The error message can be ignored or filtered out in log target.

• Affected is instable SQL data source object status.
  
  DataPower might incorrectly report ODBC
  license error.

• Fix is available in 2018.4.1.6
