Error description

• The user observed that domain reloads took an extraordinarily
  long time in a setup built of many similar typed objects
  across many domains.
  In particular, on hitting a certain error condition, with 10
  similar domains deployed that represent different test stages
  of the same code, which pulled a lot of artifacts from WSRR,
  the domain reload time could grow up to an hour. With 5
  domains deployed, on same conditions, the domain reload time
  was still half an hour.

Problem summary

• An unconfigured DataPower domain might cause a longer domain
  reload time.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 7.6.0.15 and 2018.4.1.6
