IT27819: UNABLE TO DELETE THE PARTNER FROM THE USER INTERFACE

Error description

• The system administrator created user accounts with spaces at
  the beginning of their usernames. This resulted in inconsistent
  partners, and unable to create new partner with same name
  (absent space)  and or unable to delete existing partner as
  well.
  
  
  The following error message is displayed when you try to delete
  a partner from the UI -
