APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The fix enforces the check on the required API parameters
  configured in API Path and API Operation configuration. If
  required parameters are not present in the API request, the
  request will be rejected.
  
  The firmware now will enforce the required API parameter check
  for parameters
  in locations of 'query', 'header', and 'formdata', which will
  reject the request if it does not come with the required
  parameter(s).
