APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When using the ba client java gui to restore a stub (a hsm
  migrated file) msg "ANS2614S A protocol error occurred in
  communications between the client and the server." is displayed.
  The restore was successful.
  Message "ANS0361I DIAG: 1st Restore Consumer thread, fatal
  error, signal 11" is logged in the dsmerror.log
  This issue occurs on Linux.
  AIX might be affected as well.

  The dsmagent crash occured after the first migrated file was
  restored.
  All subsequent operations will fail until the dsmj UI is
  restarted.
  

Problem conclusion

• The client has been changed to handle the situation correctly.
