  GetVisibilityData as "yes",  it does not populate the visibility
  data.

  The Mailbox Query Service does not populate the visibility data.
  For example: AddedByProtocol, AddedByIP is missing.
  
  The Mailbox Query Service does not populate the visibility data
  for all the runs and causes the BPs to be interrupted and the
  functionality of the system to disrupt.
  
  These are critical information with which you perform
  validations.
  It is expected that when the mailbox query service runs and
  is configured to GetVisibilityData as "yes" then it should make
  sure it gets the data related to visibility before the routing
  rule evaluates the message and invokes the business process to
  process the file.
