IT26564: IBM STERLING FILE GATEWAY USER LOCK FUNCTIONALITY DOES NOT WORK CORRECTLY

Error description

• Security risk:IBM Sterling File Gateway user lock functionality
  does not work correctly when FGLockInterval property is set
  higher than 35791 minutes.
  
  
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1> Modify customer_overrides.properties and set
  filegateway_ui.FGLockInterval=43200
  filegateway_ui.FGConsecFailedAttempts=2
  2> Restart the SI
  3> Logon with FG user logon with incorrect password. 2
  consecutive failed attempts will lock the account.
  4> Check the lock manager. It states that the lock is expired.
  5> Now logon to FG UI with correct username and password and
  you get the message that the account is locked.
  
  Expected Behavior:
  The lock manager should reflect the correct lock value. In this
  case, it is 43200. It should not be expired.
  For 43200 minutes, the user account should be locked and user
  should not be able to login unless the user account is unlocked
  by the administrator.
