Error description
In a configuration with more than one VIP in same subnet, the user observed ARP requests might not be honored / ARP responses suffering random delays, giving impression DataPower is not responding to traffic.
Local fix
Retrying the ARP Request multiple times will return response.
Problem summary
The fix makes sure a multicast ARP packet is checked against all valid interfaces.
