• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Intermittently a dp:url-open might truncate non-2xx HTTP
  response payload.
  

Local fix

• Use static backend or route set in the processing policy.
  

Problem summary

• When a dp:url-open extension function call uses the response
  mode 'responsecode-binary' and gets a non-2xx response code from
  the HTTP server then the data in the response might be truncated
  if it is large and did not fit into the same packet as the HTTP
  headers.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 7.5.0.18, 7.5.1.17, 7.5.2.17, 7.6.0.10 and
  2018.4.1.0
