Error description

  • Although the FileNodes support SFTP as a secure transport
mechanism they do not support FTPS (FTP over SSL). This APAR
provides FTPS support such that transfers made using FTPS mode
have both control and data connections encrypted. In order to
use this functionality the remote FTPS server must support
"Explicit FTP over TLS" and support the use of PASV data
sockets.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

Problem conclusion


    

  • This APAR provides FTPS support such that transfers made using
FTPS mode have both control and data connections encrypted. In
order to  use this functionality the remote FTPS server must
