APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• For each peer group, at least three members must be prepared
  for failover. So there are multiple slave servers, and can
  manually change any servers to the master using the
  "quota-enforcement-switch-master" command to switch the master
  to that server. A server different from the server that
  executed the command occasionally becomes the master.

Problem summary

• The quota-enforcement-switch-master command might not work as
  expected.

• Fix is available in 7.5.0.16, 7.5.1.15, 7.5.2.15, and 7.6.0.8
