Error description
Currently if a xpath is specified for BP monitoring in ICC, the process data for the xpath are retrieved for all steps. If there are a lot of BP instances or the BP contains a lot of steps, ICC becomes very slow since we have to retrieve all the process data from the database for all the steps and all those BP instance. In RTC 556487 (APAR IT23643), we made a fix so the customer has an option for only retrieving the process data of the last step. It significantly improved the performance. But in some of customer's monitored BP, the last step is the inline end that does not have process data. The enhancement request is to handle this situation.
