APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Running XSL transformations using <xsl:apply-temlates/> without
  @select might not work as expected.
  

Local fix

• As a workaround in such a case replace
  <xsl:apply-templates/>
  by
  <xsl:apply-templates select="self::*/node()"/>
  

Problem summary

• Affected is use of <xsl:apply-templates/> without @select in
  DataPower XSLT.
  
  In rare cases <xsl:apply-templates/> might not work as expected.
  

Problem conclusion

• The fix for this issue breaks streaming, which is no problem
  since the issue does not exist in case of streaming processing.
  To activate the fix you have to select "XSLT 1.0 (IT23272)" for
  "XSLT version" in service's XML Manager's Compile Options
  Policy. "XSLT 1.0" and the new option differ only wrt the fix
  for this APAR.
  
  Fix is available in 7.5.2.17, 7.6.0.10 and 2018.4.1.0
