Error description

• The condition of using ALLOWOVERWRITE operation is that the
  CheckTapePos option is Yes.
  If the CheckTapePos option is set to No, then the ALLOWOVERWRITE
  option will not be issued.
  But  server actually tries to do ALLOWOVERWRITE operation
  although the CheckTapePos option is NO.
  Server should not do ALLOWOVERWRITE operation when the
  CheckTapePos option is NO.
  
  
  Tivoli Storage Manager and IBM Spectrum Protect versions
  affected:
  All supported IBM Spectrum Protect server version for all
  platform which use LTO drives which supports appendOnly
  capability.
