IT22883: JMS FRONT SIDE HANDLER MIGHT NOT RECONNECT AFTER CONFIG SAVE OR GOING DOWN UNEXPECTEDLY
Fixes are available
Closed as program error.
The JMS Front Side Handler on DataPower might not recover from the down state or after a configuration save. This issue could be present when Maintain Strict Message Order is enabled on the associated service, ex. Multi-Protocol Gateway.
Disable Maintain Strict Message Order on the associated service.
Affected is the use of WebSphere JMS Handler. When the WebSphere JMS Handler points to a JMS Queue which enables "Maintain Strict Message Order" in server side, and the user tries to re-active the JMS Handler, then the JMS Handler will fail to reset the connection and stay at pending state.
Fix is available in 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168 For a list of the latest fix packs available, please see: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21237631
