Error description

• If informational events are disabled for the console this event
  logging rule prevents some or all messages from being printed to
  the console and affect DSMSERV EXTRACTDB's/INSERTDB's ability to
  issue meaningful status message and to produce a useful summary
  at the end of the process.
  .
  This affects the utilities when used for cross platform
  migration as well as when used for tablespace conversion.
  
    Under the APAR condition QUERY EVENTRULES CONSOLE will return
    DISABLE EVENTS CONSOLE INFO

  platforms

Local fix

• before running the utilities verify the current setting via
  QUERY ENABLED CONSOLE
  QUERY EVENTRULES CONSOLE
  ENABLE EVENTS CONSOLE ALL
  Once you successfully ran DSMSERV INSERTDB, you can use the
  output of the queries to reestablish the event rules you want to
  have in place when running the server in production.
