Error description

• When trying to connect to an 8.1.2 server with the Linux86
  client as a non-authorized non-root user
  user get an unexpected (and I think incorrect) error message
  ANS8007E when try to connect to 8.1.2 server as non-authorized
  user. The error message that is expected is, ANS5294E instead.
