Error description

• Integration API based commands like mqsilist, mqsideploy will
  ask for password when the command is executed against a remote
  integration node.
  
  For example, mqsilist IB10NODE -i myipaddress -p 4414 will
  prompt for a password with message 'BIP8821W: Enter password for
  user ID'.
  
  These commands are expected to connect to remote integration
  node without userName and password if AdminSecurity is disabled.
