APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If a client performs backup/archive/migration of a file while
  replication is running, replication can process the file twice
  for replication in the same session.
  This will result in a duplicate copy of the file being stored on
  the target server, which will not be managed by replication
  correctly, leading to increased occupancy.
  
  The impact will be that the target server consumes more storage
  than expected, the occupancy is higher, and the situation is not
  corrected with "FORCRECONCILE" option on "REPLICATE NODE"
  command.
