Problem summary

  • Affected are all customers using the POP Poller Frontside
    Handler.
With unstable networks or POP servers
DataPower might stop polling with the particular
handler until DataPower is restarted. High CPU
might also be observed as the symptom of the failure. On such
occasions any configuration change on DataPower will trigger
    a slightly delayed firmware restart.

Problem conclusion

Temporary fix
