IT21003: AFTER A NETWORK FAILURE WITH TWO OR MORE MQ CONNECTIONS, REMOTE MQ QUEUE MANAGER REQUIRES REACTIVATION
Fixes are available
Closed as program error.
The mq-qm state machine may stop if there are more than 2 events transiting the same mq-qm object to down at the same time. For example, there are more than 2 connections established for the mq-qm. When the network suddenly goes down, both of the connections break and then transit the mq-qm to down at the same time. In this case, the mq-qm state machine may stop. It will need manual restart the mq-qm object to reactivate. Only these or later firmware version are affected: 188.8.131.52, 184.108.40.206, 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168, 22.214.171.124, 126.96.36.199
Manually restart the mq-qm object to reactivate it.
The state of mq-qm might not change when there are more than two external events fired in a short time.
Fix is available in 188.8.131.52, 184.108.40.206, 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168, 22.214.171.124 and 126.96.36.199. For a list of the latest fix packs available, please see: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21237631
