Error description

  • Error Description:
    
    IBM Spectrum Protect server gets ANR4137E occurs when trying to
    create cloud container in AMAZON S3b bucket. This is the full
    error message:
    
    ANR4137E Container creation failed because the current
    credentials do not have permission for create
    container operations on the bucket or vault
    
    There is an issue with how the code checks permissions of the
    AMAZON  S3 bucket. If the permission to create the bucket is not
    to create the bucket is not found, instead of attempting to use
    a known bucket ( identified in the bucketname field ) the code
    interprets the permission issue as bucket not found and the
    create container process fails.
    
    Only AMAZON S3 is affected. Cleversafe/IBM COS is not affected.
