Error description
Having configured a NFS Static Mount with a "." (dot) in the object name (e.g. "my.mount") used for DataPower B2B Gateway Document Storage Location, the user observed super slow / timing out / failing purge of the documents / transactions. While the transactions in the meta data storage got cleaned after few minutes, the payload files got left behind on the NFS mount.
Local fix
If configuring B2B Gateway Document Storage Location to use a NFS Static Mount, make sure that mount object's name does not contain a "." (dot).
Problem summary
DataPower B2B user who enables archive or purge messages in the B2B Gateway might see slowness of archive/purge operation if Document Storage Location is an NFS mount. The symptom is observed if dot (.) is used in the name of the NFS mount.
