Problem summary
Affected are all customers using the FTP Poller Front Side Handler configured to allow "active" (PORT/EPRT) FTP connection mode. When an FTP connection between DataPower and the target FTP server is indeed negotiated as active, turning on the "XML File Capture" troubleshooting feature (also know as file-trace) will result in a subsequent restart of the firmware.
Problem conclusion
