Error description

  • When flushing an XML Manager document cache using webGUI or
    SOMA while the device is under heavy load, the device may hang
    or restart.
    

Local fix

  • Use the CLI as necessary.
    

Problem summary

  • Affected are DataPower configuration using document cache.
    
    Flushing the document cache can cause the applince to hang and
    restart via watchdog in rare cases.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The fix is available in 7.5.2.4.
