Error description

• Problem Description: The DELETE STGPOOL command might fail when
  deleting an empty cloud storage pool with the
  following messages:
  
  ANR3738I DELETE STGPOOL: Storage pool [AFFECTED_POOL_NAME] still
  has one or more containers.
  ANS8001I Return code 13.
  
  Customer/L2 Diagnostics: You are exposed to this APAR if you see
  the ANR3738I and ANS8001I messages and the following count query
  returns zero rows:
  
  db2 "select poolid from ss_pools where poolname =
  <AFFECTED_POOL_NAME>"
  db2 "select count(*) from sd_containers where poolid =
  <POOLID_FROM_ABOVE>"
  
  IBM Spectrum Protect Versions Affected: Version 7.1 fixing
  levels V7.1.5 and later, and all fixing levels of V8.1 servers
  on all supported platforms.
  
  Initial Impact: Low

• Restart the server and re-issue DELETE STGPOOL.
