When using the WSM agent to capture payload information, and the payload contains Non-XML data, there might be memory growth observed on DataPower over time.

Problem summary
Affected is use of WSM-Agent. Do not leak memory if the request or response message body cannot be serialized for WS-Agent.
Problem conclusion
