Error description
When the DataPower Gateway uses the quota enforcement distributed cache for OAuth token revocation, the expiry is the one that is furthest in the future instead of the one in the last received token.

Problem summary
IBM DataPower Gateway's OAuth token time-to-live might not be updated properly to the specified value with distributed cache.
