Error description

  • When dsmc runs with "LANGUAGE JPN", text alignment of numeric
values in statistics of the backup/archive are incorrect with
    the client 8.1.
The issue appears only when LANGUAGE option is set JPN. Text
alignment of values in statistics are incorrect like below:
    ---
    (Line 1 in Japanese ): 2
    (Line 2 in Japanese ): 0
    (Line 3 in Japanese ): 0
    ...(omitted)...
    (Line 18 in Ja): 0.00%
    (Line 19 in Japanese ): 0%
    (Line 20 in ): 00:00:01
    ---
With "LANGUAGE ENU", values in statistics are correctly aligned:
    ---
Total number of objects inspected: 2
Total number of objects backed up: 0
Total number of objects updated: 0
    ...(omitted)...
    Total data reduction ratio: 0.00%
    Subfile objects reduced by: 0%
    Elapsed processing time: 00:00:01
    ---
Using the client 7.1.6 or prior versions with "LANGUAGE JPN",
values were correctly aligned like below:
    ---
    (Line 1 in Japanese ) : 2
    (Line 2 in Japanese ): 0
    (Line 3 in Japanese ) : 0
    ...(omitted)...
    (Line 18 in Ja) : 0.00%
    (Line 19 in Japanese ) : 0%
    (Line 20 in ) : 00:00:01
