• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When dsmc runs with "LANGUAGE JPN", text alignment of numeric
  values in statistics of the backup/archive are incorrect with
  the client 8.1.
  The issue appears only when LANGUAGE option is set JPN. Text
  alignment of values in statistics are incorrect like below:

Problem conclusion
