In Datapower Gateway, the NIC online self-test in diagnostics mode for eth20 and eth21 fails and LED is OFF when the cables are connected.
In DataPower Gateway diagnostics mode, the NIC online self-test behavior is inconsistent between eth20, eth21 and other ethernet interfaces. When the cables are connected, eth20 and eth21 online test fail and the LED is OFF which is not expected. With this fix, all interfaces test results are consistent, the online test succeeds and the LED is ON when the cables are connected, the test fails if no cables connected.
