Error description

• The user observed an unexpected restart of DataPower while the
  MQ-QM Object state changed from "up" to "down" during high
  volume of MQ traffic.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The device might restart when the state of mqqm is being
  switched to down.

• Fix is available in 7.0.0.17, 7.1.0.14, 7.2.0.11, 7.5.0.5,
  7.5.1.4 and 7.5.2.2
