Error description
The user observed that elements defined in a Custom User Interface file are misplaced or overlaying areas of the DataPower WebGUI, for example trouble was seen with a Pre-login Message and a System Banner.
Local fix
Don't use Custom User Interface file or use unaffected release.
Problem summary
Custom pre-login message in the DataPower Blueprint WebGUI was misplaced. Moved the custom pre-login header to the center and shifted main login panel down.
