Error description

  • The Operation Center's monitoring thread may crash the server
    if the library devclass comes back with null information.  The
    Update Devclass may also crash the server if the monitoring
    thread is still active.

Local fix

  • Turn off the OC monitor:
    Set STATUSMonitor OFF
    Then update the Devclass with the correct Library information,
    then set the monitor back on with:
    Set STATUSMonitor ON
