IT17313: WSP POLICIES CANNOT BE EDITED IN GUI

Fix packs for DataPower Gateway version 7.5.2

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Using the  GUI Policy Editor   it  might be  impossible to
  modify  the content of a policy.
  
  One or more of these Symptoms may exist:
  - After modifications, the "apply" button has no functionality.
  - After selecting  an existing action it will not be possible to
  open it up  for editing.
  - In cases when there are multiple policies in a WSP,
  only the first one can  be selected.  The other ones  cannot be
   taken into edit mode.
  
  The issue appears in both the legacy and the blueprint console.

  It might be impossible to modify the content of a policy.
