Error description

• When run on the DataPower platform, the WTX "CURRENTDATETIME()"
  map rule relies on DataPower for the information to return. An
  issue in the underlying library on DataPower prevents the
  correct millisecond value from being provided.

• Affected is the use of WTX DPA map file.
  
  WTX function CURRENTDATETIME()
   returns the time value with the millionsecond
  component always being zero.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 7.0.0.16, 7.1.0.13, 7.2.0.10, 7.5.0.4 and
  7.5.1.3
