Closed as program error.
When connecting to SFTP server, such as via a log target archive upload, if the user's password contains a special character such as '@' then DataPower may generate a DNS error and fail to connect to SFTP server.
Remove special character from password.
Affected are DataPower configurations with Logging Target objects using FTP or SFTP upload. If the configured file server username or password contains any of the characters ':', '@' or '%' (colon, commercial at or percent sign), the server login will fail and so will the log file upload.
Fix is available in 18.104.22.168, 22.214.171.124, 126.96.36.199, 188.8.131.52 and 184.108.40.206 For a list of the latest fix packs available, please see: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21237631
