APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a B2B Gateway  is configured to use NFS as the document
  storage location there may be intermittent network errors
  logged which cause transactions to fail.
  
  Example:
  TIMESTAMP [DOMAIN][0x00b30007][b2bgw][error] b2bgw(SERVICE):
  tid(TID)[error]: Network Error
  
  This may occur if NFS storage is used and persistent
  connections are enabled on any of the front side handlers used
  by the B2B Gateway service.
  

Local fix

• Either of the following can be done to workaround this issue
  until the fix can be applied:
  
  1) Disable persistence on the front side handler.
  2) Set the document storage location to default rather than
  NFS.
  

Problem summary

• DataPower B2B Gateway may fail the transaction if
  the front side protocol is HTTP persistence and
  the data storage location is remote NFS mount in a
  inbound gateway.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 7.0.0.14, 7.1.0.11, 7.2.0.8, 7.5.0.2 and
  7.5.1.2
