Problem summary
**************************************************************** * USERS AFFECTED: * * All Tivoli Storage Manager users of directory-container * * storage pools and PROTECT STGPOOL. * **************************************************************** * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: * * See error description. * **************************************************************** * RECOMMENDATION: * * Apply fixing level when available. Fixing level must be * * applied to both source and target replication servers. Once * * applied, PROTECT STGPOOL operations must not be performed on * * any servers running Protect Stgpool (including scheduled * * operations) until the following corrective actions have been * * taken: * * * * 1. Determine if APARs IT14687 or IT14919 apply to your * * systems. If so, take the corrective actions for those APARs * * first. * * 2. Issue the command PROTECT STGPOOL <stgpoolname> * * PURGEDATA=ALL. * * 3. Wait for step #2 to run to successful completion. * * 4. Resume normal PROTECT STGPOOL operations. * ****************************************************************
