    When load balancer groups are configured to use a TCP partial
    healthcheck unexpected results can occur. This includes
    connections being closed out unexpectedly.
    

Local fix

  • Ø
    Use TCP Full or LDAP health checks.
    

Problem summary

  • Affected are all customers using the Load Balancer Group's
    partial TCP healtcheck.
    
    The menationed healthchecks have the potential to disrupt
    established connections or even destabilize the appliance.
    

Problem conclusion

Temporary fix

  • Select any other healthcheck option.
