Having THROTTLE enabled may cause the system to hang, even if no traffic is being handled by the appliance. If admin userid is added then, system may restart, and new userid will fail to be created.
Disable the throttler. : throttle admin-state enabled you can also set this to disabled here to disable the throttler memory-throttle 0 memory-terminate 0 exit
An unresponsive device or unexpected appliance restart might be experienced if throttle is enabled.
